Audio goes loud after bluetooth phone usage

I use an iPhone 6 in my X, it's been quite annoying I had to turn bluetooth off sometimes.

Everytime after I use the phone that would trigger phone to direct sound to car audio or finish a phone call, when it switches back to car audio, it goes really loud for a split second then comes back to where it was. It would go "loud" from like 3 to 6. It freaks my wife out.

Anyone has problem with this?

Did you ever get this sorted?

I’m a little surprised to find this dated back to 2016. I’m experiencing this very audio issue today (2018) in a new Model 3 running 2018.39.xxx (v9).
