audio issue bluetooth

Strange issue, sometimes when I play anything (music, youtube..) on the phone (galaxy s10) it doesn't go through bluetooth, the sound is coming from earpiece, but it shows the title of music or video on tesla screen- tesla thinks it is playing it. When I restart my phone it works fine. I'm not sure if it's tesla bug or my phone or some app that I have. Anyone else seen this?

This used to happen to me all the time, my bluetooth audio wouldn't connect properly. It seems to have been fixed in 2019.28.3.1, at least the connection is much more consistent.

hard to fault either car or phone. bluetooth is flaky. I get this kind of problems with various speaker devices and various phones.

Im not sure what version of android you are on but if you hit the volume rocker on the phone there's a settings button under the volume bar that will let you switch where your feed gets sent to.

The issue is that bluetooth is connecting to the car and then disconnecting about 4 seconds later. This connect/disconnect keeps circling This is causing the music or phone calls to bounce from the phone to the car and back.

Two updates ago I started having issues with my S10. I'm currently on 2019.32 and the issue was not fixed. I got a phone update this morning so will try that out.
