Audio system, no bass, cracking noise from speakers, speakerphone microphone cutting in and out after Supercharge

After supercharging my audio system lost all bass so I just have high frequency audio and get a slight cracklin popping noise from the speakers. When I use Bluetooth / speakerphone the people I’m speaking with tell me every third word I say cuts out. I tried reboot and power down but did not resolve the problem. Any help would be appreciated!

if the SOFT and HARD resets didn't solve the problem I'd suggest scheduling a Service Appointment via the app.
