Hi, starting a new thread for the August 2021 Tesla Y order date guys and gals, to discuss our new Teslas! Hope I did it right!

First Q, is everyones lane keep assist keeping them on? I don't feel it tugging me back in when I drift, which I do often, per other cars I've driven!

Just crossed 1-week mark as an owner of a 7-seater.

Just a couple of weeks ago, I was frustrated by the never ending EDD changes and lack of communication from Tesla. But, the delivery experience was really great, the car arrived in excellent condition, and I am getting to appreciate the vehicle more and more each day.

Yes, so much to learn and so fun to drive. I "tried out" the lane keep alert and assist yesterday when highway was empty, now I see how to works!

Learning a lot about third row too!

So far I've ordered another charge adapter to keep at home for my juice box charger (and the other to take with me) and I decided to splurge and buy the Tesla all weather mats, came back in stock, Tuxmats is still backordered (I have some amazon cheap ones but they don't quite cut it).

Work charger is slowwwwww. But pretty fast charging with the level 2 at home.

Love not getting gas, esp with gas prices increasing all the time now !

In bad news I scratched my Rimetrix wheels slightly, it’s not quite obvious only if you get closer, was wondering how I fix scratches on a plastic rim

Hello! Arghh! Thats a bummer. I know will happen to me soon, I have the regular gemini wheels...thinking I can just replace the hubcaps when they get too scuffed up?

yikes! how dd that happen?

Ice patch. Slid out and hit both bumpers on the highway (thankfully they held up). Pretty sure if it was an ICE the engine wouldve been pushed back into us. Me and 2 girls walked away with nothing, wife broke her wrist

August Order Estimate Delivery

8/2 ordered a MYLR Blue/White interior with 5 seats and just got an estimate delivery for December. Is everyone else getting December?

I ordered mine in Aug 2021 as well, and still not here! They just updated the EED to Apr 22 - May 17. WTF!

We've put over 2000 miles on our Y since we got it. Traveled across one of the largest DC charger deserts in the US. We've learned a lot!
Worst thing was phantom braking, which, it appears, has been largely fixed with the latest (to us) update.
