I pick up my P85D tomorrow. It is an inventory car with 3,000 kms for $202k. That same car ordered today is $245,000.
i was cynical about being told that prices would rise but I stand corrected. For anyone looking for a Tesla I would recommend calling dealers as inventory cars aren't subject to the price rise - it saved me $43k!

There's one on sale in SA - P85D - $205k with almost every option ticked, including the Executive Rear Seats which are no longer available. On the Tesla website it's now $248,296...that's "insane".

Don't have any affiliation with the seller, who has sold quite a few Teslas already, but I reckon it's pretty damn good value.
