This might be an option, wonder how much of a target for theft the HPWC would be.

If the car is locked the plug locks to the car, but best to pick and choose locations. The one pictured has 1.8m of cable plus an angled plug, although for home use you may choose a different set up.

Put it in the froot; two cables - one to the charge port and the other to the three phase socket.
Then shut the froot to the first latch - almost secure.
