Waiting on my VIN for my first Tesla. After doing way too much research, I decided I wanted the 9-piece white/black mats. Placed my order a couple of weeks ago. It took a while for them to ship, and then another week to be delivered. Finally got them, and they're the wrong color. Pretty bummed.

I've emailed them, and will update with how they handle it.

Heard back earlier today. They are shipping me the corrected mats and emailed me a prepaid shipping label to return the red-trim mats!

Can't wait!

Got my mats in today. They're excellent. Getting them wasn't exactly a smooth process, but they made it right. Very happy with the end result.

Kinda like these too, prob just going with the 3 mat option. But I'm wondering how "silvery" the bright part of the weave is, or is it more gray which would match the black/gray interior of the car!
