This is puzzling to me as I'm also with TDMM. When I contacted them last week they had the car in their system. The temporary "pink slip" they sent clearly states 2018 Tesla 3 along with the VIN number.

@Tony_YYZ : Yes. It's TD Meloche Monnex, not TD General Insurance. The number I call is: 1-800-268-8955 and the automated attendant answers "Thank you for calling TD Insurance Meloche Monnex..."

Insurance info was just fine - no issues whatsoever. My delivery experience was much longer than I anticipated, but I did get out of there finally with an amazing car!

$850 per year, much better than I was expecting based on the rates others were sharing.
$1 million liability
$500 deductable
5 year replacement value.

Yes, I called in.
They still don't have a rate for the 3 so used a 70D Model S for now.
I called TDMM. my quote for toronto was $1386/year if bundled with home insurance, and $1625/year if standalone. The Tesla ISA said that i need to complete the insurance policy info to get a delivery date, and TDMM said they need the delivery date to finalize the insurance policy. It's always effing something.....
I don't currently own a vehicle, so I don't have an existing policy to enter.
Aw man - that's stupid. There's gotta be a way for TDMM to add a temp date for now and modify after the fact?
