Auto Paint shop recommendation in East Bay Nor Cal?

Anyone knows any paint shop in East Bay north cali? I tried to touch up scratches on my rear bumper and did not do good job as you can see. The Tesla paint repair kit color does not seem to match it even though I ordered the right one. Not willing to replace a new bumper coz Tesla quoted me just under $1,100. Thanks

How much of that quote was labor? You can save some money by putting the bumper on yourself. Lots of videos on YouTube on how to do it if you are able.
