Same here, called them reported, no reply. Feels like they don't care.
So, I emailed customer support asking them to credit the paint scratch repair kit since auto park failed, this is their response:
"Thank you for contacting Tesla.
This does not quality for a credit as the customer is always responsible to control the vehicle while using autopark (or autopilot/summon).
Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Pretty lame IMHO
I have set up a service appt and they appear to be willing to work through this with me, though I have not asked for a credit for the damage yet...
