Symbol (steering wheel) says it is able to be activated, but the double stick push to turn on does not. Rebooted car. Still will not engage. Auto speed works. Ideas? :(

I did wash the car this weekend. Car is spotless. If sensor issue wouldn't the symbol not say AP is able as it sees the lines in road?

It took quite a while to get use to not using the auto-pilot/TACC lever as a turn signal!!

Done that a time or two too. I'm just glad I didn't end up calling Tesla and bitching. I'm sure they would have said "You ARE pulling the stalk towards you aren't you?". Me. Complete silence, then act like the phone disconnected.

I still get mixed up every time I get a classic loaner and the turn signal/cruise control stalks are reversed.

I'll cut you some slack. With a high tech car that has a million page user manual, something is surely not going to sink into the brain.
