Auto Presenting front doors

Hello,
We did not get the premium upgrades with our 2018 Model X. Can you get self presenting front doors as an option after the sale? Since the car can open them from the inside it seems it would be easy to add it to the App or to the car as a down load that could be paid for separately.

Hi, Lou. I think internally it's just a flip of a switch with software. But, it's paired with a PUP package now, and I don't think Tesla will do the upgrade after the fact. I just got my 2018 X, and the auto doors are pretty cool and work surprisingly well.

You don't want to leave the doors to auto-opening if you expect a large snowfall - i learned that the hard way last year!
