Driving car out of garage and it was steep so applied brake somehow while reversing. Warning "automatic vehicle hold disabled" showed and realized car did not hold when let go on accelerator, checked setting and it was grey out. Everything turns fine after parked after picked up my son. Warning was gone and back to normal.

Anyone experienced it ?

The next time, wait a minute before backing down the driveway. It could be that the power brake assist pump needs this additional time to develop sufficient vacuum in the power brake manifold. If the message persists contact Tesla Service. (There could be an air leak in the power brake assist.)

Also check for signs of brake fluid underneath the vehicle close to the inside of the wheels and under the brake system master cylinder. Brake fluid can appear clear to brown, slippery to the touch. Used brake fluid can smell like fish. Open the frunk, remove the plastic shroud by the windshield to be able to view the brake fluid reservoir. Reservoir should be full, when new brake fluid appears clear to golden colored.

This error message with alert Dl_a246 showed up last week. I was able to clear the error by doing a power cycle using the Safety menu, but the error returned every few days. Put in a service ticket and received a telephone call from a tech. Turns out this is a software bug that triggers this error message when you put the vehicle in park while still rolling. He advised to come to a complete stop before hitting park. He said this bug will be fixed in a future software update.
