Autonomous Vehicle Legislation in Congress

Have not seen any discussion on this legislation in Congress to make it possible for auto makers to bring autonomous vehicles to market and keep states from passing their own legislation. Here is just one article: The fate of the steering wheel hangs in the balance

Find it interesting that our California Tesla Owners have not been more vocal.

Is this a case of reduced regulation vs protection of the populace?

Or maybe a case of Big Government vs the road to innovation?

This is the biggest change in automotive technology in our lifetimes.

Tesla can't do FSD without these changes or protections. Neither can anyone else.
