Autopark - Stop honking

I got a chuckle the other day trying out Autopark for the first time. Apparently people in parked cars will honk at you (or in this case the car) when it's parking and they think the Model Y is going to bump into their car.

In this case, it was perpendicular parking and needed to back up somewhat diagonal to the honker, then move forward a bit and then back into the open parking space. She laid on the horn while the Model Y was diagonal.

Was thinking about getting out and explaining things but decided to just ignore her. People who honk excessively aren't usually the friendliest.

Got me to thinking how manual drivers will probably get really frustrated with full self-driving cars as they move differently than human drivers. I'm guessing drivers will "bully" full self-driving cars as they cut them off or get frustrated as they cautiously pull out, make turns or park themselves.

I bet she promptly went on social media and laid out her version of the story. “This crazy tesla driver almost backed into my car and the only reason he stopped was because I laid on the horn!”
