Autopilot 2018.21.9 nagging solved by upcoming release

2018.20 will offer an alternative to hands-sensing and nagging !
Every 1 minute the car will speak a list of random numbers, and then you press Voice command button, and just recite them, you know, to prove you were paying attention.

2018.21 will also improve TACC mode safety. While in TACC , you just need to lightly step "Riverdance" on break an accelerator pedals, you know.... To prove that your feet are ready.
