No, that toy car on the screen in an S. No X's have received the update as of yet and been posted at least, hopefully very soon.

I suspect that the act of changing lanes using the turn signal stalk resets the nag timer, if there is one. My experience on 8.0 so far is that it flashes a warning about two minutes after engaging. I haven't gone farther into the annunciator protocol than the first beeps, and then only because I missed the silent flashing screen warning (I was driving during the day). After wiggling the wheel and silencing the warning, it takes about another two minutes before the flashing warning comes up again.k

It's too soon to tell what it'll be like once I'm used to the new scheme, but so far I'm mildly annoyed. Mine is a Model S P85D (December 2015 build date, early Autopilot hardware). I haven't gotten the update for my X yet.
