Autopilot Auto Park feature to solve charging problem

Seems like engineering overkill... A simple motorized rail that can raise/lower a charger attachment and shift left and right a little would do the job with far less engineering (though it wouldn't be as cool/creepy).

Definitely an easily soluble engineering challenge.

I don't think such a simple design would be able to cover all of these bases: A) Every Tesla model, including ones not yet released (possible truck for example with a significantly higher ride height), B) Not be subject to vandalism (It seems that this snake design could, quite easily, enclose itself when not in use), C) Be able to be used in a multitude of parking situations (most superchargers are at the front of the parking slot, this thing could wrap around corners I'd imagine), or D) Be able to accomodate multiple parking situations and air suspension ride heights (not everyone parks identically).

And maybe Musk can use it as a defense against iCEing :p robot tentacle is looking at you, F150 that just parked at the supercharger!
