Autopilot being used in a dangerous fashion?

It's really fascinating how the same video gets completely different reactions between different threads. This video's actually been posted at least 6 times on TMC. Here's one thread where most people thank him for it:

So, this guy in Miami possibly sets his TACC at 75 in a 60 zone and then complains that Autopilot is driving at a dangerous speed?!!

I watched the video of the Miami driver, and he never made that claim.

This is just bad news reporting.

The video I was referring to was the dragtimes video in Florida that the OP of this thread posted. That driver got a warning for driving 75mph in a 60mph zone.

There can't be two videos of this same thing can there be?

I haven't seen any like this one, but there may be some. I wanted to see what the Autopilot sees beside what we see... so you can see what kinds of road markings and road conditions give it the best/worst input in real time. I also want to encourage people to hold the wheel because not doing so will not be good for anyone at this stage.
