Autopilot Max Speed Setting?

I used to be able to set the speed for my Model 3 to +5 mph over the speed limit while in Enhanced Autopilot. This was useful because I am certain my speedometer reads about 2 mph fast, so that when the speed is set to 55mph, I am really going 53mph, which is too slow. Sometime recently between all the software updates I can no longer set the speed to +5 over the posted limit. I think I have just forgotten how to do it. Browsing the owners manual was no help and playing with the screens was unhelpful as well. Can someone remind me how to make this change so that I can once again set my Model 3 speed setting to +5 mph over the posted limit while in EAP?
Thanks

"Do you have, and have you enabled, the beta traffic signal and stop sign support in AP? If so, that will force you to respect sped limits."

Yes, I have it and have enabled it. I wonder why they for me to respect the speed limit with that enabled?
I guess I'll just disable it.
Thanks for you reply!
