    I think most who own those probably want to keep them, at least for now.
    By the way, there is a plan to convert many of the AVCONs (J1772-1996,J1772-2001) to the new type of J1772-2009 in case you didn't already know that.

    I have one I bought from the EAA without the meter and goodies that the EVNut put on. I'm in Atlanta where it does me no good anymore.

    Thanks everyone for the feedback! I can't wait until there are more charging stations with the new standard. And ones that are actually Tesla compatible.
    The few that are in SF won't let the Tesla charge on them. It's a hardware issue.

    Sparrow, I'd be happy to take that one off your hands. I've setup a car sharing program that includes a Tesla and it's painful not being able to charge anywhere.
    My condo building won't allow me to charge on the 110 in my building!
