I edited my for sale ad and it's been pending for approval, just wondering how long does that normally take?

If you see that message it means the site has flagged it for a moderator for that subforum to review before releasing to the site. Since almost all of the moderators on TMC are volunteers (meaning, not paid), each moderator logs in when they have time. This is a big website, and moderation duties are split up amongst multiple people.

For example, although I am a moderator, I do not have moderation permissions for that subforum, so even though I am logged in, I do not see, nor can I respond to, any moderation tasks in that subforum.

TL ; DR -- The time frame is flexible and wholly dependent on when a mod for the specific subforum logs in and addresses their outstanding actions, and for new accounts the site software determines what may or may not be sent automatically for review.

Thanks for the reply! It was just weird that when I first posted the ad, it didn't get flagged but when I went back to edit to add pictures then it got flagged. I was just confused since its been a few days and thought my post got stuck in the matrix. Have a good weekend!
