I'm curious on the build week on this when you find out it would be great if you could update this thread.

This could be good if you're getting a car with your "late" reservation of May. Could mean the log jam on black interior AWD cars is opening up and we will start seeing more orders in other parts of the country over the next few weeks.

Will do. I'm very curious too given the six days from phone call to delivery.

Okay, since you're all getting emails too, I think I'm starting to believe mine is legit.

To me, this lends a bit of credence to the rumor they were slow rolling the AWD manufacturing at the factory for some reason and were able to kick it into high gear starting this week. I bet they are manufacturing nearly 100% AWD right now.

Oh, and my email is from a "Scheduling Specialist," so that's interesting.

It will be interesting to see how many of these delivery dates that Tesla will be able to fulfill without delays. They must really believe in their September logistics! I got my call on Tuesday this week for a 9/22 delivery and the appointment does show up in my Tesla account. I am not holding my breath that the car will actually be there on 9/22.

Could you imagine if this was just a big error and they accidentally sent out a bunch of "we're ready for you" emails when they actually weren't?

I don't know if I could handle that.

I received a confirmation for my delivery appointment and my appointment now shows up on my Manage page, so hopefully this is legit.
