If they'd offered tan I'd have paid $1500 more...maybe a gray I'd have been interested... but the white while leaving the other black elements in the interior made me feel like I'd crawled inside a Panda.
Could you tell that from the window stickers? Because otherwise the Dual Motor cars look indentical to the RWD cars since the Dual Motors don’t have badges yet.
I recommend Chateau Ste Michele Columbia Hills Cab. Relax, your IDA will stay in touch.

Changed to white interior last Friday and config locked that night and asked for trade in info. Called support multiple times and DA says he will email but still hasn’t. They did say my car has a vin tho and is in transit so super siked!

Absion - I didn’t get any emails from Tesla at all but based on my experience customer service should be able to tell you if the car is in transit to NY.

Agree, the "cream" interior on the S and X is very sharp.
Have you talked to Mt Kisco yet? Spent the day in Dedham and they made Mt Kisco sound outstanding!
@the_danimal - Yes, I reserved 01/27/18 and configured on 06/30 (primarily to capture the lifetime Premium Connectivity); I'm a non-previous owner.
Maybe or maybe not. I made almost 40 changes between July and August and (tentatively) scheduled to pick up the car in 3 weeks.

Well I'm finally on the other side of the fence. Got my car today. Been a blast to drive so far. If anything else this has taught me the value of patience LOL. I wish y'all the best in your waiting!

Well another day another update... After they called and changed my date to 9/7 yesterday, the website showed my VIN and my 9/7 delivery date (I have already paid in full and signed/fedex'ed back all the paperwork since no dealership in state). Now today suddenly the VIN is gone and 9/14 is listed as the delivery date. I emailed my delivery specialist earlier today after I saw the change, but have not heard back. If I do not hear back tomorrow morning I will call.

Long time viewer, first time contributor. So...I must have done something right in a past life or got super lucky. I walked into the showroom in UTC in San Diego and placed my order on 8/19, was allowed to apply for credit and do trade on 8/25 and edit button went away at the same time. Today got the email from the IDA and called to check on VIN and have one assigned. My config is as follows.

Solid Black
18 Aero
White int.
EAP
FSD
How far away do you think I am from actually taking delivery? I am still waiting to hit the financing button. I have several job offers and deciding which way to go but want to wait for sure what my income will be before filling in the app plus I noticed it said 30 days for the credit offer to be good. I'm putting 25% down credit is not the best but after working in car sales in a past life, I would be shocked to see a bank deny a 25 to 30% down deal. Thoughts?
