So is there a blob now?

Yup. A slight one. But there's really no alternative other than repainting the factory paint. Might cause more matching problems, esp with white. I'm inclined to just XPEL wrap over those blobs...... I'm anal, but I can't think of a better solution.

After John ground it down, paint was smooth but there was a black dot. They just filled the dot with touch up paint, and hence the blob. It is less noticeable now, but wrapping over it will cause a slight bubble.

I really have never found flaws on any Lexus that I bought, but I'd still rather have a Tesla.

Yes, it helps to pay for club expenses like event insurance, a tent and banner, maintain the website and email program etc.
We own CHAdeMo adapters to lend out.
We provide a nice name tag, lanyard, window decal and a pen. If you join you get access to sponsor discounts. We are officially sanctioned by Tesla.
Sounds awesome. They have CHAdeMo adapters for us with the 3?

So, I got emailed today by a local delivery specialist in Toronto and he confirmed my pickup will be at the IC and not Oakville. Cool with me.

I was in meetings all afternoon so didn't get the message until 6pm. Emailed back right away asking for a VIN, hopefully will hear back tomorrow with a confirmed VIN.

$hit is getting real!
They provided me a VIN when I received their email last week. My delivery date/time and location (Lawrence) show up in my account. They actually called me again to see if I wanted to take delivery earlier but I wanted Saturday Oct 6 (wanted weekend and a pick up at Lawrence).

Has anyone had a delivery appointment from the Sep 25-Oct 3 window confirmed for Oakville yet?

Not me. Which is kinda making me lose my mind..

I believe one or two others in this thread have though.

It all depends on how good your rep is I guess..

I did. Got a confirmation email a few days ago for Sept 29th at the Oakville location.

My first email from a DA in Nevada said sept 26-oct 3 window and pickup at oakville.

On Monday my account updated to show sept 29 at ##place##, and shortly after this I recieved a generic email from a Toronto DA that said the place will be IC for Ontario deliveries.

I responded to both, but still haven't gotten a response yet. I have a phone number for the Toronto DA, but am travelling for work today and will give him a buzz tomorrow if he hasn't reached out.

To be honest though, given how I've seen other deliveries go there will probably be no contact until a week or so before getting the car so I'm trying to stay patient. If by next Friday I don't hear something, then I'll start getting more concerned.

Well literally an hour after posting my oakville date, I got a call from a local Tesla rep saying my car wont arrive until Sept 27th, and there are no deliveries happening in oakville due to a delivery blackout there. He mentioned a large delivery event at IC at that time. Said my earliest date may be Oct 3rd in oakville. Asked if the car can be picked up at IC, but said they are fully booked. Nice....

I got the email that says my delivery window is Sept 24 to October 1. I emailed that I will be out of the country that week so can I do the next week. They finally replied that If I don’t take it during that week they don’t know when the next delivery schedule will be.
That seems pretty unreasonable.

I was originally confirmed a delivery date at time of Sept 26 in Oakville, but as of this morning, the system indicates Mississauga IC.
