I recently had an appointment with the Tesla service center near Cincinnati, Ohio (Blue Ash). My appointment was to have the right side control arm replaced. Scheduled thru app without a hitch except they told me my appointment would take 4 hours. I am a little over an hour away from the SC so I was not excited about spending all day there. Once I got signed in Steven, (the service advisor) said they hoped to have my car finished before 5pm.
My appointment was for 9am and I asked what happened to the 4 hour time I had been quoted. He stated that the 4 hours was from when they actually started working on it. Telling Steven that this was not acceptable he talked to the technician and they completed my repair including a 4 wheel alignment in just over 2 hours.
