AZ - Tint and plastidip/powder coat wheels dark grey or black.

Recently bought a P3D and am looking to get it tinted and also to convert the aluminum wheels to dark grey/black. Any recommendations in AZ would be great. Ideally a good shop with great prices as opposed to just the best/most expensive. I'd prefer to not break the bank on this. Thanks in advance.

Could also trade the wheels if anyone wants to go from the darker options to the aluminum look.
