Baby monitor for the car

I'm thinking about buying something like this:
Digital Tiny Traveler - Wireless Baby Monitor for your Car

Anyone has any experience? Recommendations?

The goal is to have a camera to see the two rear facing baby car seats in a 6 seats + console configured mx.

I just have a baby mirror strapped around the headrest to the seat directly behind the driver. Works decent, although the distance is a little far compared to say our sedan but I just need to know if he is awake and happy or asleep.

Right. Our kids love the mirror just as much as we do (being able to see their own face seems to be comforting).

Mirror is all well and good until it runs out of batteries and stops reflecting.
Just stick with something simple like a CCD detector paired with a Bluetooth transmitter to a microprocessor displaying on a backlit liquid crystal panel.

You can get an adjustable mirror that clip on to the visor to watch the baby behind driver seat. That will still work when you have to turn the babies around once they reach the weight limit.

Overkill solution of the day.

Pick up a front rear camera switch kit. Wire a camera to the center headliner, above the console where the spline of the FWD sits. It will cost about $500 plus some installation time, but now you can see both kids on the center screen!!

(*Disclaimer: I went with a $15 mirror...)

I am just afraid that anything that would distract you from being an attentive driver could easily bring regrettable experience. My wife and I decided not to have mirrors or cameras for that reason, and we would opt to pull off the road to check on the baby instead of taking our eyes off the road in a moving vehicle. We also talked to safety experts that in the event of crash, these add-on's could become safety hazards to babies because they could smash or fall on them.

This is indeed the safest advice. My wife was checking on the mirror of our crying kids when driving and she ended up hitting someone's mail box and scratched the whole side of the car.
