It is my first time in the service center. My issue was the trunk gap alignment. However, when I get my car from the service center, I found this small issue shown in the figure. They said I have to prove this was caused by them. Hm... who takes pictures to cover all the details before having service? It is a new car and I drive this car for 3 days only ... then send it to SC.
I only have two explanations for this. One, this was caused by the body shop. Second, the painting debris falls off then the hole shows up. Unfortunately. they don't cover this issue unless I show them a photo to prove this issue was already there when I get delivery.
Any suggestion?
