Hello,
Last night I was driving and suddenly lost my ability to steer my 2018 Model 3. The car was moving at about 70MPH and slid across the highway multiple times before coming to a stop in the ditch on the left side of road. No collision took place, though the vehicle looks pretty bad just from being dragged across the road.
When I finally got a chance to take a look at the front left tire, the nut attaching the assembly to the ball joint was completely missing. Has anyone seen this as an issue and if so, what has been the approach from Tesla regarding warranty claims?
Thanks!
