Basic questions about Leasing a Model X

I have some questions about leasing a new Model X:

-how could I find out what the particulars are (residual, money factor, etc) on the lease currently?

-do these numbers change regularly, or month to month? or are they locked in when someone orders?

You can lock in the numbers as early as 30 days before delivery. But, if there is a delay in delivery the number will/can change after 30 days. It was suggested we not lock in until 2 weeks before delivery.

They only gave use a complete set of the numbers 30 days before delivery and the total monthly payment changed slightly (+/- $20) from when we initially ordered.
