Battery at zero?

I went out of town a week and a half ago and have another week to go. I left from the car charged to 80% before I left. I would check the app every couple days and it had only drained to 74% when I checked it last. This am, its saying zero %. Any ideas? Maybe an app problem?

It also says I have zero miles driven on the car. Maybe it's in some kind of deep sleep?

I would guess that the app is having trouble connecting to the car (hence the "--" for the mileage and pack %).

If the car was really at 0%, you probably wouldn't be able to connect to it in the first place since it'd be completely dead.

I've seen that once myself, while preheating for work. Everything were fine.
Some sort of glitch.
If it was down to it's last 4kWh, everything would be off to protect the cells.

I had the same app screen this morning. Reset of the MCU1 solved it.

Every time you ping your car for an update it uses a little more juice.

Don't worry about it. If you're obsessed get someone to go to the car and reset it.

Probably, the car went to deep sleep.
