Battery buffer on lower and higher end of Model 3 Long range battery

Does anyone know the confirmed battery buffer on the lower end and higher end of the SOC. EPA documents say 80.5 KWH battery total capacity. Also, how does the trip meter work exactly? Based on the kWh it shows used and the SOC discharge level, it gives varied capacity values. Like when it shows used 35 kWh and depth of discharge for that trip is 50%, the total capacity calculates to 70 kWh and sometimes, the same 50% shows 39 kWh used, which calculates to 78 kWh capacity, sometimes it calculates to 74 kWh. Does the trip meter also include HVAC system usage?

Trip meter only calculates energy usage true inverter and motor and not HVAC and other electronics. Don't know exact numbers of buffer %, but there shouldn't Be a big buffer at the top end, and definetly more than 10% at the bottom.
