Battery % jumps after charging

I charged at 110v from 35% to 75%. Took about 24 hours. I went for a drive 30 mins after charging was complete and I was at 78%. Has anyone else experienced this? Reasons?

I see it from time to time. I presume its battery temperature changes or somesuch.

Same experience here. Reason number 67 why not to obsess over range percentage to mile range.
