Battery Service Required (Battery Bleed Scan) Error

Ugh. I have been driving my Roadster pretty rarely due to COVID and I discovered the dreaded Battery Service Required error message.
Going into the VMS, the debug code is apparently Battery Bleed Scan.

The car charges fine as far as I can tell.
Below are pictures of the VMS. Anything I should be doing? Is my battery dying? (Please no!)

Car was only serviced "recently" by ExecMotorwerkz (a couple of months ago but I probably have put less than 100 miles on since).

It looks fine at the moment. The battery may eventually get out of balance, and if that happens you will need to get it fixed. Sounds like you have the common loose rivet connection on one of the bricks. The bleed test checks the ability to bleed off voltage to balance the pack. It could be OK for years, or start giving you problems next week. Just another one of the many design flaws in the Roadster Tesla refuses to correct at no cost. They will be more than happy to take lots of your money to fix it however.

I am starting to think that the annual service at Javier's screwed something up, since I had no issues prior to it and now there are suddenly multiple faults.
Driving the car for the first time since the above issue, it all worked fine until I was driving back home:
I live up a pretty steep hill and it suddenly gave me a temperature warning, power limited error (don't remember the exact text).
While it is admittedly warm in LA, it is nowhere near the normal temps in Phoenix AZ or other places where people have roadsters.
The weird part is also that the basic temp screen showed the battery and PEM in the green (middle bar exactly).
I should also say that I drive pretty sedate, so no pushing the car to its limits or anything. To the contrary: I almost always drive in range mode (as I did this time).

Sadly, I did not remember the VMS unlock code, so I was only able to do a deeper dive today. See photos of the temp yesterday and the VMS reports today.

Trying to pull the logs but it is giving me constant errors on that front. (Reinsert memory stick to try again)
Looking up the errors on the VMS screen I got the following:

I never had the car power limited and have driven in higher temperatures and more aggressively.
What could be the problem here?
Could it be that the annual service did not connect something properly which is causing these errors and heat issues (I read the rivets probably get lose because of heating/cooling cycles).

If the battery & motor temps weren't actually hot, then I'm puzzled. The one time I've had trouble with an uphill overtemp was after a Tesla annual service some months earlier, where they over-filled the HVAC system a bit. That caused the HVAC compressor to overtemp and stop cooling, which then caused the battery to overtemp during the trip. But the battery really was hot at the time, and the VDS indicated so.

In the logs it was an error code 1463 (a bazillion of them), and this was not displayed on the VDS. Long shot, but you might check the logs for evidence of this earlier.
 
Those three codes are for the PEM overheating On the 1.5 the fan is on the PEM, so it doesnt get plugged easily like the later ones.
If your pic of the temps was while the warning actually occurred, you could have a internal PEM problem. If those were the temps after, you probably have a fan/airflow issue. Call Javier and see if they did anything with the PEM during the annual.
