Noticed this morning that there are a ton of bubbles on the back windshield. Called NL, said it was normal for the first couple of days and that I should run the rear defroster. If I still see them after that, I should take the car back.

On closer inspection, all the windows have bubbles! Some of them have "specks" in the center, assuming it's dirt? I going to take the car back this week. Can you cause damage to the rear defroster by removing the film?
Yes, if done incorrectly, you can damage the defroster lines during tint removal. In all fairness, tint takes a couple weeks to fully cure, especially in colder weather. I can't speak on the scratches you mentioned without seeing the tint in person. My advice, wait a couple of weeks, let the water bubbles dry and then see if they will fix whatever issues don't disappear.

I don't know that shop but they do have many happy clients on this forum, so I am sure they will be willing to correct any issues.

Occasional specs will always be found. It is litterally impossible to do tint, clear bra, or vehicle wrap PERFECTLY. But... if there are a lot of them or they are in clusters of specs, then I would bring them to the attention of the shop.

Just my 2 cents

With NL Wraps, has anyone had the chrome delete done with the solid black and is it exact? Love the all black look. Will be calling them this week.
By "exact", I assume that you mean exact match the gloss black paint of your car? We have done a LOT of chrome delete projects for various Teslas. But, we have only done 1 gloss black delete on a black painted Tesla Model X. Unfortunately, I cannot find the pics of it! Argh. The closest that we have done with pics is the gloss black delete and Stealth wrapped the same black Model X. So, you can really see if it matches exactly or not. We are located in El Dorado Hills, not that far from you in Auburn. We would love to have you come by and see us and we will take our samples out to your car to see how close it matches to your paint.

I will continue to look for the pics of that Model X that we did and post pics, if i can find them.

Give us a call or swing by.

I did find the pics, but it turns out i was mistaken. We did the chrome delete in a satin black, not gloss.

The client wanted to keep the emblems chrome.
