I, too, have received the supercharging km's but was denied the other referral awards (i.e. a set of wheels in my case). Still sore about that!!!Hmmm, so, maybe this is already fixed?

Not true, just referred my buddy, took delivery last week and we both got 1500kms
I just had another referral take delivery and I did not receive any additional supercharging miles, so it seems Tesla has tightened up on that. They can take it away, suggest you use it up asap.

I created a support ticket and received this response:You could submit a support ticket and hope for the best. I *might* had some success with that method.
I created a support ticket and received this response:
"Due to local laws/regulations, those in British Columbia cannot at this time acquire referrer awards through Tesla's Referral Program. Though referrers will not be eligible for awards, buyers in British Columbia may still acquire awards. Please see the "Limits" section of our Referral Program web page for more information.:
Would you please elaborate how one *might* also be able to have success? Thanks!
@srlawren no, I was just genuinely curious how to submit a ticket? From my end, it doesn't seem to work. I am wondering if @fidodido submitted the ticket or if an advisor helped? I have read elsewhere that the latter has been successful.@randomcomment do you mean because they said buyers "may still acquire awards"? If so, then may doesn't mean possibly in this context, it means are permitted to.
