Beach Buggy Racing 2

So when I first received my model 3 I tried all the games and they all worked. The other day my daughter came to visit and she wanted to check out the car. She plays Mario Cart all the time so I tried to show her Beach Buggy. It loaded up ok but when you tried to pick how many players it does nothing. Seems to just be stuck on the main page. Car is in park. Other games seem to work fine

You tried restarting your car? if so and that didn't help than you might need to Factory Reset the car.
