been losing LTE connectivity lately

over the past month I have lost LTE premium connectivity for extended periods of time (few weeks ago it was down for 1.5 days); today it’s been down since the morning.....

besides a potential antenna issue that SC might need to look at, anybody else have any ideas? soft and hard reboots aren’t working.....

Updated to 2020.44 two days ago and noticed this morning I had zero connectivity (LTE nor 3G) when I started my car. After I drove a few thousand feet it came back and has been fine since.

Tesla support said my modem has been OFF for 2 days so hopefully mobile tech can come out - where is the modem anyways? Perhaps a loose connection? No idea

I noticed driving yesterday that an area where I normally have LTE was 3G. Just got the 2020.44.10.1 update a few days ago. Think there might be a software issue. Signal strength showed full bars

pretty lame; this morning they said I need to bring in the car to the service center (can't be mobile) - no connectivity whatsoever for the past 4 days lol.........wtf

so i'm not able to have a service appointment in time since i'm out of town - does anybody have any other ideas of what might work besides the soft/hard resets? would a factory reset (although i would hate to do that) potentially work?

LTE is still down and has been a week!
