been losing LTE connectivity lately

over the past month I have lost LTE premium connectivity for extended periods of time (few weeks ago it was down for 1.5 days); today it’s been down since the morning.....

besides a potential antenna issue that SC might need to look at, anybody else have any ideas? soft and hard reboots aren’t working.....
 
I noticed driving yesterday that an area where I normally have LTE was 3G. Just got the 2020.44.10.1 update a few days ago. Think there might be a software issue. Signal strength showed full bars

pretty lame; this morning they said I need to bring in the car to the service center (can't be mobile) - no connectivity whatsoever for the past 4 days lol.........wtf
 
so i'm not able to have a service appointment in time since i'm out of town - does anybody have any other ideas of what might work besides the soft/hard resets? would a factory reset (although i would hate to do that) potentially work?

LTE is still down and has been a week!
