Being charged for "free" supercharging

Thanks @plumazul, I don't have that. I'm patiently waiting for them to fix it - One of the major factors of pulling the trigger on the MX purchase was the Unlimited Free Supercharging. I hope they can fix it soon.

On my 2016 Model S profile page, I don't have that either - I guess it's just understood that 2016 All 2016 Teslas have Free Supercharging for life.

@RecklessFury - where does it supposed to say that? When I login to my Tesla profile, under "Manage", it shows my MX, the VIN, and has the following boxes. Service, Tesla Referral Program, Support, Model X Payment, Charging Installation, Purchase an Extended Service Agreement and My Documents.

Is it supposed to say Free Supercharging anywhere on that page?

I just check my friends account. You have to click manage from the main page, and then click view details. It should say on that page if it is free or if its pay per use.
