I was informed that my insurer Kentucky Farm Bureau has dropped Tesla because they claim the repairs are expensive. Needless to say, I am shopping for a new insurance provider. Does anyone have any recommendations? I have a model three reservation as well as I'm about to buy a base model S 2013.

Check everyone is my only advice. Around here, Ameriprise through Costco and Geico were the cheapest. Other areas are different, though.

If there was One best or even Two or Three best insurance companies, do you think it would be kept a secret? Doesn't it make sense that it would be in the news or common knowledge? There is no one best, and what is 10 people's best might not be yours anyway. Your insurance rate is determined by a variety of factors. Everything but not only, your wealth, your credit rating, your driving record, your age, even the location where you live in the state you reside. Want to know your best insurance and rate? Call or contact the rest of them.
