Best plug type for EV charger?

Finally got a call from my solar installer. They are supposed to come friday to fix my non code wiring. But I have asked what are they going to do, since the only 2 fixes I know are neither cheap, or easy.

With a 11.4kw inverter and 60 amp breaker, the only 2 solutions I know of are NM 4/3 wire which is expensive, and pulling though 90 degree holes is just about impossible.

The second is #6 in some type of conduit, which I have no idea how they would get around a 90 degree hole in a 6 by 6. I may have to have flex on the outside of the wall to make it work.

I also am asking if I can pay them to rewire the batteries so we get rid of the generation panels, which have no use now, and put the batteries and PV connections directly in the Gateways. Not sure they will bite, but cannot hurt to ask. The electrician yesterday when he was rewiring was able
to get rid of one generation panel that no longer had any value.
