Best practices after getting rear-end collision

Yesterday, my 2018 RWD was rear-ended near LAX. (Other driver at fault.)

My car suddenly became undriveable and my 12V battery suddenly became limited. The 12V died ~2.5 hours later. I think the pyrofuse likely broke.

I was able to do #1 and #2, but didn't have time to do #3 and #4. Based on my new experience, I would make sure to do:

1. Put car into tow mode and push it to the side of the freeway.
2. Put car into tow mode to get it on a flatbed tow truck. Turn off tow mode.
3. Put car into tow mode to get it off the flatbed tow truck.
4. Make sure all windows are rolled up (before 12V battery dies).
5. Replace the pyrofuse and try to drive the car again.
6. Replace the 12V battery if it has been depleted for a lengthy time.

Since the 12V battery died, I couldn't do #3. I didn't quite see how the tow trucker brought my car down to the ground. He mentioned using a forklift. The proper way is to use a wheel dolly or jump start the 12V battery to put the car into tow mode. Now I am worried that they damaged my car bringing it off the tow truck?

Come Monday, I will call the repair shops to see if any can do #5. Is this a part that is kept in stock somewhere?

Any suggestions for repair shops in LA?
