Best way to park to capture license plates on Sentry Mode for states with no forward facing plates?

I am thrilled with Sentry Mode so far, but the one problem I have is that I live in a state where forward facing license plates aren't required. As a result, the two people who have scratched my car with Sentry Mode enabled did not result in me getting a license plate number.

I generally park nose-in to a parking spot. I'm wondering if anyone has any best practices as far as comparing nose-in vs rear-in parking to have the best chance of capturing rear license plates in this type of scenario?

Any tips are appreciate.

Move from AR as it is the worst state for EVs especially Tesla. The only Tesla Supercharger in AR is usually ICED up. I know - my son lives in AR. Sorry don't mean to be nasty - just the facts

This. I am very satisfied with the dual channel Blackvue setup PLUS sentry mode.
