Both 1B and 3a malfunctioning.

Lot is full with one waiting behind me; no one in cars for at least 30 minutes. Lol: cars appear to be all locals.

Got a loaner from Dania beach that was undercharged for my trip and thus had to charge here. Glad I don't have to come by here often.
