So I went onto BGE.com and downloaded my usage for last month. I was checking some information about rates and did some math. With the usage from last month I roughly saved 1 dollar. It looks really dependent on how you spend your energy from the hours of 10 AM till 8 PM. The off peak hours are extended but the peak rates are high. It was about 19 cents/kWh after delivery charges. It was about 8.4 cents /kWh for off peak.
