Assuming you set the "long-term" out far enough, isn't this "by definition" (when fossil fuels and such run out)?

Like the motion of the ocean. - - - Updated - - - Didn't the British Courts hold that Top Gear was factual incorrect but Tesla lost its lawsuit because the Court held that there was no "intention to deceive?" That blackout aside had an "intention to deceive" IMO.
The Courts ruled that Top Gear is an entertainment show, so staging segments to create entertainment is okay. Or, to put it another way, only an idiot would believe that Top Gear is a factual show. This is a really good interview. Simple and to the point.
