Update (2019-03-15): Drove to Service Center and had it installed. As promised by Tesla, took only about an hour.

I ordered 3 months ago (I'm located in SF South Bay area) and still got nothing.
(I emailed a few days ago, but they just asked me to wait)
Has anyone in the bay area got their HEPA filter installed in the last 3 months?
The fire season has begun and I wonder how much longer I need to wait.
At least Tesla shouldn't have charged the money if the parts will not be ready for a long time.

Just book a service appointment and bring your payment receipt email. I was never notified so I booked an appointment and showed up. I showed them the receipt and they installed it

Got it installed march 2nd during a visit to repair other stuff (buena park service center). asked them to add it to the list, so it was done when the other stuff was done too.

service center got the "inside" pricing, too
