Currently, the Birmingham Supercharger located at the Hyatt Hotel is no longer in service, does anybody know where it is going to be located too?

Not sure if it helps, but Tesla has future sites listed as "Birmingham Isolation Target Site 1 (Warwick)", "Telford" and "M1/Nottingham Target (Donnington)".
However I don't expect many new 2 bay sites will be commissioned, so I don't think the SC would be replaced with a new 2 bay site in the city. It looks like this SC was from 2014, before the Birmingham-Hopwood Park SC was built. Perhaps now that destination chargers are available the hotel will replace them with those.
