Black Interior: Spots and Stains?

Just had my car detailed to sell tomorrow but these spots wouldn't come off.

I imagine it was from hand sanitizer when i sloppily clean my hands every time i get in the car. Same on the passenger seat. I'm the only owner / driver so doubt it's anything else.

Anyone else get this? Any remedies?

Update: Car Guys Super Cleaner worked wonders. Looks great.
